Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 10 June 2026 · Last updated: 10 June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use ProspeQ, operated by NovaSQ Pty Ltd (ABN 34 693 165 114) trading as ProspeQ. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

You must not use ProspeQ to:

  1. Break the law - including privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection, anti-discrimination, intellectual-property or computer-misuse laws in any place you operate.
  2. Handle prospect or personal information unlawfully - you must have a proper basis to collect, import and use personal information about prospects, and must honour individuals' privacy rights. Do not import or process special-category/sensitive information about individuals through ProspeQ.
  3. Send unlawful or unsolicited messages - any outreach you send (including via a connected mailbox) must comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and equivalent laws: genuine consent or a permitted basis, accurate sender identification, and a working unsubscribe. ProspeQ is a preparation tool, not a bulk-sending tool, and must not be used to facilitate spam.
  4. Harass, defame, or harm any person, including by misusing AI-generated profiles or treating AI inferences as established facts about an individual.
  5. Scrape, circumvent, or overload third-party services in breach of their terms, or defeat technical access controls.
  6. Compromise security - no unauthorised access, probing, reverse engineering, malware, or interference with the service or other tenants.
  7. Resell, sublicense, or build a competing product from ProspeQ, or use it to create a competing data set, without our written consent.
  8. Misuse AI - no attempts to extract training data, exceed your provider quotas dishonestly, or generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your users' compliance with this AUP and for all activity in your account. Report suspected misuse or security issues to info@prospeq.com.au.

We may investigate suspected breaches and may remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other customers, or third parties, or to comply with law.
