Is there really no credit card for the trial?
Correct. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required. You only enter payment details if you choose to continue on a paid plan.
How does the 20% annual discount work?
Switch the toggle above to Annual. You pay yearly at 20% off the monthly per-seat rate, so the effective price drops and you are billed once for the year, GST inclusive.
What is an AI run?
An AI run is one piece of account work, such as scoring a lead, researching a company, mapping its buying committee or drafting outreach. Runs are pooled across your team each month.
What happens if we hit our AI run cap?
ProspeQ emails you as you approach your cap, and pauses AI work if you reach it - so you are never billed past your plan. Everything you have already generated stays put, and you can upgrade anytime to keep going. No surprise bills, ever.
Can we use our own AI provider key?
Yes. Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key and you pay the provider directly, with no markup from us. Or stay on the platform plan and let ProspeQ handle it, with usage included.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes. You can move between plans as your team grows, and cancel anytime from billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
