Security and trust

Your lead list is sensitive. We treat it that way.

The names you generate are hard-won and confidential.
ProspeQ keeps them in Australia, encrypted,
behind compulsory multi-factor authentication, and never feeds them to an AI model for training.

Australian-hosted

Your data lives on Australian infrastructure. No quiet transfer offshore, and a clear answer when your buyers ask about data residency.

Compulsory MFA

Multi-factor authentication is on for every account, not an optional extra - so a stolen password alone can't open the door.

Encrypted and backed up

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups.

Never used to train AI

Your accounts, contacts and outreach train no AI model, ours or the AI provider's.

Evidence over invention

Source-backed by design

Every claim ProspeQ surfaces is tied to a source you can check.
If the evidence is thin, it says so rather than guessing.
The same discipline that keeps your outreach honest keeps your data trustworthy.

  • Facts, inferences and hypotheses kept separate
  • Sources visible on the research you rely on

Where your data goes, plainly. To score leads and draft outreach, ProspeQ sends the relevant account text to established AI providers. They are US-based and are contractually barred from training on your data. We name every provider we rely on on our Subprocessors page, and we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. No mystery, no quiet scraping you have to take on faith.
