Privacy request

Access, correct, or erase the personal information ProspeQ holds about you.

ProspeQ is a B2B sales-research tool operated by NovaSQ Pty Ltd (ABN 34 693 165 114). It may hold business-contact information about you (for example your name, role and employer) that our customers compiled from publicly available sources. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us to:

Access - tell you what information we hold about you;
Correct - fix information that's wrong or out of date;
Erase - remove your information from our systems.

We'll email you to confirm this request, then locate your record before acting on it. We respond within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days). Requests go to our privacy team at info@prospeq.com.au.
